Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using MyNextDocs. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MyNextDocs LLC ("MyNextDocs," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the MyNextDocs platform, website located at mynextdocs.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Free Trial

MyNextDocs offers a free trial period with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a free trial. At the end of your free trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offering at any time without notice.

5. Paid Subscriptions

If you elect to subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by MyNextDocs LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MyNextDocs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to our SMS Terms. Consent to receive SMS messages is NOT a condition of purchasing or using the Service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 74193.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYNEXTDOCS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyNextDocs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email or through the Service.
