1. Program Description

MyNextDocs LLC operates an SMS messaging program under short code 74193. By opting in, you may receive:

Transactional Messages: Account confirmations, status notifications, security alerts
Marketing Messages: Promotional offers, product updates, feature announcements (only with separate opt-in)

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in by checking the applicable consent checkbox during account registration at mynextdocs.com/signup, or by texting a designated keyword to 74193.

Consent to receive SMS messages is NOT a condition of purchasing or using the MyNextDocs Service.

        Messages are NOT sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS).
        MyNextDocs does not use an ATDS or pre-recorded voice to send SMS messages.
      

9. Privacy of SMS Opt-In Data

        All information collected during the SMS opt-in process — including your name, phone number, and consent records — will NOT be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
      

10. TCPA Compliance

MyNextDocs complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable FCC regulations. We maintain records of all consents in accordance with TCPA requirements.

11. Changes to SMS Terms

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued receipt of messages constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
